I bridge corporate real estate and finance to help organizations make smarter, faster decisions. Over the past decade I’ve guided CFOs, COOs and leadership teams at public companies, high‑growth start‑ups and asset‑management firms—including Salesforce, Stripe and Liberty Mutual, through high‑stakes real‑estate and financial decisions. My experience spans portfolio transformations, site strategy and workplace operations as well as long‑range planning, capital allocation and P&L management.

On the real‑estate side, I design multi‑year plans and execute complex transactions that align footprint, growth, cost and risk. I’ve partnered with leadership teams to evaluate new markets, rationalize legacy footprints and redesign how and where teams work. Having worked across investors, operators and occupiers, I’m adept at translating competing needs into clear options, trade‑offs and action plans that are both operationally realistic and strategically aligned.

On the finance side, I help CFOs drive decisions across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. My background includes long‑range planning, capital allocation and ensuring front‑office teams are aligned with enterprise‑level outcomes. I care about strategy, but I’m equally focused on execution, making sure decisions are implemented, measured and continuously improved.
